Take a look at the new Lancia Ypsilon city car, which went on sale in Europe on Tuesday. This third-generation Ypsilon rides on a stretched version of Fiat's Mini platform. The Mini platform is the base for the Fiat 500 that is now rolling into U.S.

Both Koenigsegg One:1s on video at Goodwood As we’ve already reported, the Koenigsegg One:1 is debuting at the Goodwood Festival of Speed this weekend, but rather than a single One:1, Koenigsegg have taken the only two One:1s in existence – yes, it’s two for the price of one at Goodwood. One car – the black one in the photo above – is a new One:1 heading for a customer, but the second (the silver can in the photo and video) is Koenigsegg’s development car, so that’s up for a bit of action on the hillclimb this weekend. But ahead of its public appearance, Goodwood managed to get some time with the One:1s and grab track time behind the wheel.

Spies Given Green Light To Speed

IF YOU’RE familiar with James Bond’s antics you’ll know that he didn’t much care for rules and regulations. Now there’s one less bit of red tape for all fictional and real James Bonds, as spies are to be given a "licence to speed" for the first time, under changes to motoring laws. Currently, officers in MI5 and MI6 have to abide by the rules of the road even when national security is under threat.
