Payments that I take are paypal ONLY. There is NO exception.

With local pickups;  No paypal. There is NO exception.

Fees I do charge California Sale tax of 9.75%. Tax is charged to items shipped within California. Also items that are picked up are charged sales tax of 9.75%.
Shipping I ship within United States ONLY. In The lower 48 states I use UPS Ground, Fedex Ground, and DHL Ground. All shipping cost listed are for GROUND ONLY and are flat rates. PLease note that if you have a PO box or in HI, AK; that you must pay for US Postal Service Priority Mail. I will ship to If you want over night, then you must email me before you pay for item, so I can give the amount it will be to have it shipped to you. I do combine shipping, but must be all in one payment. I do not combine shipping on all items. So it's best to ask before you buy, if I combine the items you are looking at buying.
Delivery I Ship Tuesday through Friday. Once item is shipped then it should take no more then 9 days to get to you. I can not guarantee how long it will really take to get to you though. It may take up to three weeks in some cases.
Refunds & Returns If you are unhappy with the item and want to return it you may do so, but there will be a 15% restocking fee of the total price; plus buyers must pay for ALL shipping cost(to and from)(also 15% will also be if you return just because you didn't like it or if you found the same item cheaper somewhere else and want to back out of the sale.). That’s the line that Porsche are taking with the new Panamera S E-Hybrid, and they demonstrated that recently by revealing that the new E-Hybrid managed to average 62mpg in the hands of a bunch of motoring journalists on a test day. Which is an impressive number for any car in the hands of a group of people with lead-lined right feet and clearly demonstrates that the Panamera Hybrid really can do silly mpg even in the real world.

Strate College in Paris, France, has been working on a Peugeot-sponsored project for the past few months. The project asks 30 students who have been divided into 10 groups to create the exterior design, an interior design, any related products (including accessories or new services, for example) and color and trim details for the premium Peugeot for the year 2030 Though there are no constraints on the technical package, the brief stipulates that the teams must create a scenario that illustrates global change, and design a vehicle that fits into this future environment. Designers from Peugeot have been very active in the process, guiding students in weekly critiques and assisting them with specific knowledge in key areas of expertise.
