Taken off a 2007 ducati 1098 with around 14,300 miles. No damage to it, just usual wear and tear. Comes with everything you see in the last picture (only has one of the lights and needs both of the headlight back cover panels). The right headlight connector looks as though it has some coloring to it, do not know if the connector needs to be replaced. Other than that no damage at all. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
