All of our parts are OEM and come from used vehicles (unless specifically indicated otherwise). We only sell parts in functioning condition (unless otherwise noted) but some may show signs of normal wear like scuffs, marks, scratches, cracks, broken tabs and slight dirt.

Please make sure your original part matches the one in the picture. It’s up to you, the bidder to be responsible to do your research and check with your local dealer or other sources to make sure the item you’re purchasing is the right fit and is compatible to your needs.

We do not guarantee color matching on any parts. If you have any questions about color, please ask before buying. No refunds can be issued for wrong color.

Sorry we do not physically have VIN #'s from donor vehicles to provide and can only provide EBay invoices.

PAYMENT:

• We only accept PayPal for payment.

SHIPPING:

• We ship within 1 business days of cleared payment.
• Domestically, items are shipped USPS or UPS via the cheapest service. 
• Internationally, items are shipped through the eBay Global Shipping Program, it is buyers responsibility to research country and item eligibility for the program and contact us if they do not see shipping quotes before purchase. 
• If you would like faster shipping, you must pay for additional shipping charges; these charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Domestic shipping is free.
• Please contact us to set up local pick-up.
• We will not ship to PO boxes even if it is your registered address.

RETURNS:

• Reasons for returns are non-functional items, items that significantly differ from the item description/photographs, and/or parts that were damaged during shipment (which will be covered through submitting a claim to the carrier). . We will NOT accept returns for any other reasons.
• Parts are only considered to be non-functional with an accompanying certified dealership invoice showing the part to be non functioning.
• We will accept returns within 14 days of receiving the item, in original pictured condition and in original packaging.
• The full purchase price will be refunded once package is received.
• All items are marked; they will be inspected once received. If buyer returns an item that’s not marked or does not pass inspection, refund will not be issued and the buyer will be reported to eBay.
• If the item was damaged during shipment, you MUST have PROOF that the carrier is at fault in order for us to file a claim.
• We’re not responsible for installation errors, labor expenses and/or any other expenses that may occur.
• Return shipping costs are BUYER’S responsibility.
