For example, if I am not sure of what an item is made of and/or what it is called, etc, I may make an educated guess, (at which time I will state this in my listings if I am not certain), but I leave it up to you more avid collectors to figure it out by looking at the pictures and asking any questions you may have BEFORE you place a bid.  

I try to check in often to see if I have any questions on a daily basis. Occasionally, I find a question that was placed just a few minutes before the auction ended and I didn't find it until after the auction had already ended.  Please do not place a bid on the item unless you are planning to purchase it without the answer just in case I don't find the question until after the auction ends.  Also, I observe the Sabbath from sundown Friday until sundown Saturday and I will not be online to answer questions for that entire 24 hour period, so please realize this if you have a question for me concerning a purchase you have made and/or are considering making.

Lotus to create 100 new jobs (2013)

Lotus is bouncing back from the five-car plan debacle that saw its CEO Dany Bahar dismissed for professional misconduct, and an ambitious plot to launch a Porsche-slaying five-car range go up in smoke without so much a test mule spy shot. The Norfolk-based outfit has announced today the creation of 103 new jobs to meet rising demand not just for its cars, but the brand’s legendary car set-up skills too. It follows a £100m investment from parent DRB-HICOM earlier in 2013.

New Jaguar XK and XKR Special Editions launched Jaguar has decided to give the XK and XKR sales a bit of a boost with the launch of  Special Edition models as coupe and convertible. There’s nothing quite like a Special Edition model to get punters in showrooms, and with the Jaguar XK and XKR perhaps losing a bit of their glow – thanks in part to getting towards the end of their shelf life, and the arrival of the bonkers XKR-S – Jaguar has launched ‘Special Edition’ models of the XK and XKR as both coupe and convertible. The new XK and XKR Special Editions are purely cosmetic – there’s none of the extra power we’ve seen in the XKR-S – but the cosmetic tweaks are appealing.
