- Unless stated specifically on the listing, All sales are final, no refunds are available. We can only issue an exchange if the item is received defective or the item shipped was not the item described in the listing.

- Buyer has 48 hours from receipt of item(s) to inspect / use the item(s) and notify us of any issues with the item(s) received. Items are sold "As is" no warranty is expressed or implied unless otherwise stated
- After this 48 hour period ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- If we are notified within this 48 hour period, we will accept returns and provide refunds / exchanges for any item that is not as described in the auction listing, not working properly or DOA. We will reimburse costs involved in return shipping only after the item is received back and it has been determined if the item qualifies for refund/replacement. Shipping cost reimbursement shall not exceed the original cost of shipping that item.
- If we are notified within this 48 hour period, we will accept returns and provide refunds / exchanges for any item that is not as described in the auction listing, not working properly or DOA. Item must be returned in the original packaging, unused and in resaleable condition.
- We will NOT provide refunds for items that require professional installation, show evidence of tampering/disassembly/ parts changed around, buyers remorse, or lack of reading the auction ad completely.**No Exceptions**

A flat shipping cost of $18.00 will apply to the lower 48 states. Alaska & Hawaii will be at actual cost. Never a handling charge on our auctions. Paypal and credit cards by phone through our business are all accepted forms of payment.
Unless stated otherwise in the item description full payment is due within 72 hours from when the auction ends. If payment is not received within the specified time frame purchaser forfeits all rights afforded of a winning bid. In the event of this occurrence seller reserves the right to sell item to any other interested purchaser after the requested payment time has elapsed.
All items picked up at our business or shipped to a South Dakota address are subject to 6% South Dakota sales tax unless a valid exemption is furnished at the time of pickup or prior to shipping. If an in-state purchase is made and sales tax will be due please send a request for the adjusted sale amount. If the purchase is paid through Paypal and sales tax is due we will send an additional invoice for the amount of sales tax due and your item will ship when that amount is paid. Large items shipped by truck freight to an out of state address are not to be regarded as part of this policy because the trucking company will provide a bill of lading to affirm the out of state shipment.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in the auction all sales including shipping charges are final. The only exception to this policy would be a clear and obvious misrepresentation of the item or its application.
We take great pride in the shipping and packaging of all items won on eBay and sold through our auto parts business. If you check our feedbacks you will see many compliments left by satisfied customers affirming this. We use quality shipping materials, pad and protect most items, use lots of tape, and use blocking material & heavy cardboard when necessary. Due to this diligence we have not had a single freight claim for any items shipped, other than 2 that were completely lost by the carrier in the past 5+ years . Please request insurance if you want it prior to paying for your item, otherwise no insurance will be provided other than the minimum, if any, of what the carrier automatically provides. Seller will not be responsible nor offer an adjustment for damages to product caused by the carrier in the shipping process when normal packaging procedures per our rigid standards are used and if no additional insurance is requested by purchaser. Seller will assist purchaser in support of a shipping claim filed by purchaser on purchaser's behalf if the damage is noted with carrier upon receipt.
