This is a complete exhaust system that came off my personal 2010 Harley Davidson Night Rod. It was used less than a year removed and has been in the garage collecting dust ever since. It does have a couple small scratches on the black parts from sitting around and one of the heat shield screws is missing but nothing a can of black exhaust paint and a  five cent screw wont make look perfect again. It comes complete with everything show including headers, collector, mufflers, clamps, heat shields, baffles and there is one 02 sensor included (I had a hard time getting it out and started to round the edges with a wrench so I just left it and bought a new one.) Overall this is in really great shape and I'm sure it can be made to look like new (or really close to it). Thank you for looking  RETURNS

Vauxhall-Opel Junior: a Mini rival for 2013

Fri, 15 Oct 2010

Vauxhall-Opel has frozen the design of an upmarket small car, to rival BMW’s Mini and the Fiat 500. Codenamed Junior, the 3.7m-long three-door is two years from production. Based on a shortened Corsa platform, Junior will supplement the utilitarian Agila and conventional Corsa supermini in Vauxhall-Opel’s small car range. Nick Reilly, GM Europe president, said one of his first decisions upon taking charge last November was to ‘prioritise and accelerate’ development of the car. ‘It’s a chic and stylish minicar...

Vauxhall launches speed limit detectors on Insignia (2008)

Thu, 19 Jun 2008

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 19 June 2008 07:53 Vauxhall's new Insignia will be the first of a wave of cars to have a forward-facing camera that can read road signs. The optional kit will detect speed limit and no overtaking signs – and flash up a reminder to the driver on the dashboard.GM calls the tech, which will be launched in early 2009, Traffic Sign Recognition and it uses a small, wide-angled camera system supplied by Hella. It sits at the top of the windscreen near the rain sensors and rear-view mirror, scanning the road ahead taking 30 photos per second. It's 1984 all over again...With a range of 100 metres, the camera focuses on circular patterns and then interprets the numbers inside by contour comparison; if a match is found on the software's database, that road sign will be flashed up in the driver's binnacle. The front-facing camera is also used as a lane departure warning system, alerting the driver if they unintentionally swerve out of their lane on a motorway.Cars with cameras: a growing trendMore and more manufacturers are fitting cameras to their cars nowadays and you can expect a flood of systems like the Insignia's to be launched in 2009, including the new BMW 5-series.CAR tried out these new systems on Bosch prototypes in 2007.

British Motor Show Axed

Thu, 19 Mar 2009

The British Motor Show - Cancelled for 2010, and probably permanently Well, I suppose it’s not really a great surprise, but it’s still sad to see the demise of the British Motor Show. The SMMT (organisers of the British Motor Show) announced this lunchtime that the 2010 show has been cancelled. They stated that this was due to the crisis in the car industry at present and the ongoing world financial crisis.
