BMW designer Chapman joins Hyundai Motor America
Fri, 23 Dec 2011Former BMW AG designer Christopher Chapman has been named chief designer for Hyundai Motor America, effective Jan. 3. He will lead new vehicle and concept design at the Hyundai Design Center in Irvine, Calif.

Previews 2015 Volvo XC90 Coupe Volvo gave us a tease for the Concept XC Coupe last month – ahead of its debut at the Detroit Auto Show next week – but now the XC Coupe gets a proper reveal. The Concept XC Coupe is clearly a very firm look at the 2015 Volvo XC90, but instead 0f previewing its as a seven-seat, five-door SUV, Volvo has chosen to deliver the Concept XC as a two-door, four-seat XC90 – think of it probably as Volvo’s X6 or an ‘Allroad’ version of the next XC90.
Family Favourite Gets A Refresh

The car, which remains a firm favourite with both private buyers and business users, gains a more distinctive nose and a technology boost. Expected to hit the showrooms later this year, the Focus adopts Ford’s new exterior nose treatment – a version of which has already been adapted for the recently refreshed Fiesta supermini.
