The new Yeti Urban is based on the two-wheel drive model with a choice of the 104bhp 1.2 TSI or the 2.0-litre TDI diesel with 109bhp. It’s called the Ford Shelby GT500KR, in homage to the 1968 original, and just 1000 Coupes go on sale in spring 2008. KR means King of the Road, a name GM had intended to use until Shelby got wind of it and grabbed the crown first.

Suzuki goes to the dogs with Super Bowl ad and free pet ID tags

Suzuki on Thursday released its 60-second Super Bowl commercial that highlights the all-wheel-drive version of the Suzuki Kizashi Sport. This is the second consecutive winter-themed Super Bowl commercial for Suzuki. Last year, the Kizashi battled “wicked weather” snowmen inspired by the comic strip “Calvin and Hobbes.” The new ad features Inuit people and their sled dogs.
