By placing an order the customer acknowledges acceptance of these terms. All returns for refund are subject to a 15% re-stock fee. No exceptions. Refunds for refused and returned merchandise will be equal to the cost of the merchandise refused less all shipping charges incurred during the delivery process to you, and back to our shop. You will be responsible for our actual full shipping costs in the event of a return. Returns will only be accepted and credits issued if the merchandise is returned back to our shop undamaged in its original condition and in its original packaging. Nautical Creations cannot accept returns for large custom ordered merchandise.

Damaged Shipments: Occasionally items and or packages become damaged in shipping. In the event you receive an item that is damaged . Please note that your package and contents may be insured by the carrier. You should not discard any boxes or contents until advised to do so by Nautical Creations.
