So it’s certainly due a tweak or two plus it needs that certain little something many cars need at the moment – updates to conform with Euro 5 emissions which come in to play in January 2011. But as it’s now October, and the titivated Soul is only just arriving in the UK, we really ought to rename the latest Kia Soul the 2012 Facelift. But whatever year we append to the facelifted Soul, it’s still good to see Kia’s funky little Marmite car get some decent tweaks to move it forward.

It took a decade to get the LFA from initial concept to production, and much changed in that time. But the end result was worth the wait, even if the price tag – north of £300k – made the LFA a car only for the properly wealthy petrolheads.
