There is a smoker in our home and we have pets if that is a deal breaker.  We mention this NOT because we smoke around our items, nor do we let our pets on our items.  We simply mention this out of courtesy in case someone is allergic to either or both.  We are happy to wash items prior to shipping upon request.

We never substitute.  Additionally, all items we have listed ARE IN STOCK.  You will NEVER have to worry about your item being shipped from a manufacturer when stock becomes available. .  

Shipping and Payment

All items are handled and packed with utmost care. We also use complete discretion on the shipping label with no indication of company or website.  Most hats are shipped in an envelope unless buyer requests a box.

Payment is due within 3 days of purchase. Instant Paypal payment is preferred.  If another payment method is desired, please inquire to see if we accept that method. Just click on "ask a question" at the bottom of the page.  If you need extended time to pay for your item, please contact us and we will try to work with you.  Otherwise, all unpaid items are reported to e-bay and you could receive a non-payment strike as a result.  (Paypal user questions:1-888-221-1161)

Combined shipping discounts: Please inquire on combined shipping cost before purchasing multiple items. Be sure to let us know exactly which items you are inquiring about.  Many customers purchase our items and pay instantly and we in return grant a partial refund to their Paypal account to reflect combined shipping cost. 

After payment is received, orders normally ship within 1 business day. We ship USPS First Class and Priority mail based on weight. For larger items, we may ship via FedEx for domestic addresses.  All orders ship with delivery confirmation at no additional cost to buyer. We we will email you immediately upon shipment. Email notifications are sent through eBay so please be sure your bulk/spam filter does not filter emails from eBay.

International orders: We ship to almost every country in the world and offer USPS First Class and Priority International (whichever is cheaper based on weight & destination). Estimated transit time for First Class International is 6-14 postal days, and for Priority International 6-10 postal days. These time frames can be extended by customs. Free shipping does not apply to international orders, however a discounted shipping cost should populate if our item is listed as free domestic shipping. Duties can be charged by your country. We cannot predict if they will be charged or the amount. Please contact your local postal authorities for information.
