● If the parcel has been returned to us for the reason of nobody pick up the parcel or wrong address (the post can prove the status). Buyers or bidders have the responsible for paying the shipping cost again.
● For international returns, we will not reimburse for customs, import duties and taxes. These charge are the sole responsibility of the buyer. In the event a package is refused, carrier will return the package to us and charge us return fee. We will reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee plus any return fees charge to us in order to recover the refused package. We will not refund any shipping costs once an item is refused.
