This product carries a 180 day replacement warranty, The warranty does not protect against abuse, misuse, or negligence of the operator and or installation. In the rare case that an item should fail, contact our customer service at 214-830-4314, and have your original invoice ready. We will then provide a return authorization number and prepaid return shipping label. All returns must include a return authorization number. Returns that do not include a return authorization will not be accepted. Upon return of a defective item, a replacement will be shipped at no charge. A defective item can only be exchanged for the same item. No refunds will be given on a defective return.
INCORRECT SHIPMENTS
If you should receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service at 214-830-4314. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the incorrect item. Upon return, we will ship the correct item at no charge.
SHIPPING DAMAGES

If you find an item arrived damaged, please keep the boxes and all packing materials and call our customer service at 214-830-4314, within 5 business days of receipt. We will file all shipping claims for our customers and send replacement parts out within 5 business days.
