UP FOR SALE ARE 3 COMPLETE LOWER UNITS FOR A 30 HP MARINER/YAMAHA OUTBOARD. MADE IN JAPAN. SHORT COLORADO SEASON, FRESHWATER USE ONLY. THIS WAS PART OF A PACKAGE FROM AN OUTFITTER WHO CHANGED TO 4 STROKES. USED TO STEER A RAFT DOWN THE COLORADO RIVER FOR CAMP/FISHING TRIPS, SO ITS SAFE TO SAY THEY HAVE HIT ROCKS AT SOME POINT. ALL 3 HAVE WELDING/ REPLACED SKEGS. THEY HAVE WATERPUMPS, TWO HAVE PROP NUTS WITH SPACERS, ONE HAS THE TURN/TRIM FIN.
RUNNING CONDITION IS UNKNOWN, BUT THE PROP SHAFTS AND MAIN SHAFTS DO TURN OVER.
TWO ARE FROM THE FOLLOWING ENIGINES, 3RD IS UNKNOWN BUT LOOKS IDENTICAL.

Panoz launches newest sports car, the Abruzzi
Tue, 08 Jun 2010The spirit of Le Mans--along with the spirit of the out-of-production Panoz Esperante--lives on in Panoz Auto Development's latest creation, the Abruzzi. Named for the people from the south-central Abruzzo region of Italy, the Abruzzi draws its inspiration from the 24 Hours of Le Mans, where the car is making its world debut on Tuesday, and its styling from the 1935 Delahaye Type 135 tear-drop coupe. "It is about the true spirit of Le Mans, a car you can drive from home to the racetrack, race it, and then drive home again," Panoz chairman and American Le Mans Series owner Don Panoz said.

Almost 1 million cars made in UK this year
Thu, 21 Aug 2014CAR MANUFACTURING accelerated ahead last month, according to official figures. A total of 132,570 cars were made in the UK in July 2014 - a 2.8% rise on the figure for July 2013, the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) said. Last month's total took the year-to-date figure to 923,884 - a 3.4% increase on the total for the first seven months of last year.
