331 Marine Hemi Engine Serial tag M45S with a serial number 1358S told it is a 1957 motor Block boiled and checked for cracks with main caps and bolts Block bored 0.30 over Decked .010 New Cam Bearings Brass free plugs New pistons and rings Heads boiled and checked for cracks Heads complete with Springs and factory sodium valves 2 steel cranks one freshly turned .010
.010 – other in good condition with no spun 2 almost complete gear drives,
generator, water pump, oil cooler, intake 2 carb sets – one set professionally rebuilt, other used condition unknown throttle shafts are not stuck, oil pan, flywheel, camshaft, spark arresters. 1 set of marine exhaust manifolds, flywheel cover, rods, valley pan and more. What is missing that I know of to assemble this motor are valve covers, rocker arms, push rods, head bolts and distributor. Intake needs repair. It is cracked where it joins together. I have over $3,000 in parts and machine work – Asking $2,000 OBO. There is a current listing for 2 unrebuilt carb for $600 and heads for $525. For a little more I am sell a 90% REBUILT motor and carbs with new pistons ready to be assembled. Strongly suggest local pick up because of the cost of shipping. Parts weigh approx 600 lbs. Shipping on the exhaust manifolds alone was $110 when I bought them.

Jaguar brings one-off XKR, Gentilozzi rocket to Goodwood
Wed, 01 Jul 2009Jaguar will have an auspicious presence at the Goodwood Festival of Speed this weekend: it's bringing a one-off, lime green XKR and the record-breaking XFR driven by Paul Gentilozzi at the Bonneville Salt Flats. The one-off XKR is called the Goodwood Special and is based on a 2010 model-year car. It has 21-inch wheels, a lowered ride height and a louder exhaust system.
