Part Condition: We strive to provide images and a description that fully identifies any wear or damage to the part. We do not sell parts that are unusable unless stated in the listed as "unusable or for parts".  We test each bike before parting it out to identify any problems with components before they go up for sale. You will receive exactly what you see in the images unless otherwise noted in the description. If you don’t see an item in the images then it is not included in the auction.

If you feel like you cannot leave a 5-star rating, please contact us first and we will strive to make it right. It is a waste of your time to open a complaint with ebay or paypal prior to contacting us because we are committed to resolving your concern whether you open a complaint or not.

RETURNS: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. There is a restocking fee for all returns. This fee will equal the cost of the original shipping plus any additional Ebay or Paypal fees Cannibal Cycle incurred as a result of the order. When the return is a result of our error, there is no restocking fee. There are no returns on electronic items because electrical problems elsewhere in your bike can damage components that are placed in the system. We test run our bikes before parting them out to ensure everything is in good working order.

Part Compatibility: Most parts will fit a wide range of models. We only guarantee it will fit the make model and year of the bike the part was pulled from. In some cases we do provide other models that the part may fit based on dealer data, but we do not guarantee fitment with these models. Please contact your local dealer to verify fitment prior to purchasing.

Shipping: Parts are shipped out within 72 hours of receiving payment. 

Expedited Shipping: If you require expedited shipping, please contact us prior to purchasing the part to be sure we can meet your needs. We use FedEx or USPS Express mail and can help verify that you will get your part as expected.

Combined Shipping: We do offer combined shipping discounts. If you purchase several parts at the same time, contact us before paying for the items and we will provide you with a single invoice for all the parts including shipping. Please do not ask for combined shipping estimates prior to purchasing the parts.  We will only charge you what it costs us to ship the combined items.
