It is best choice for car sound deadening!
This Model is much lighter than other models at the same thickness.
For example, TC 3303 offers half the density and a 25 percent better noise reduction coefficient (NRC) than 3M acoustical products of similar price.
The compressible Thinsulate (TC) not only fill the large cavity well, but also be compressed to filled narrow space without performance loss.

3M™ Thinsulate™ Acoustic Insulation TC3303 is a cavity filling solution for automotive sound insulation applications.
Compressible, lightweight and conformable, this product can be readily processed by conventional techniques such as die-cutting, heat sealing and ultrasonically bonding.
High performance and low density making them ideal for mass reduction applications.
Nowadays this production is more and more popular in Luxury cars.

Thinsulate Acoustic Insulation is a hydrophobic polymeric microfiber sound absorber,
that helps improve interior sound quality and provides thermal insulation with minimal additional weight.
•Does not absorb water or support mold or mildew growth - less chance of odors.
•Potentially less handling and installation safety issues than other fibrous materials.
•Provide Superior acoustic and thermal insulating performance with •extremely lightweight, easily attached with adhesive or staples.
