If you get less then Five stars your ads are placed lower in the "Best Matched" listing. When you do a search unless you have you settings set to Ending soonest”, “Best Matched” is what comes up now in the sort by listing, no longer "ending soonest" is the first list to show. Meaning no matter how fair you believe you listed something if someone thinks otherwise they can harm your good standing and thus your ad is buried.
