More than a quarter of UK drivers head to the continent without checking their car or having it serviced in preparation for a long journey. The Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) found 33% of drivers make no effort to check their car, motorbike or motorhome before going on holiday.
Ex-Morgan Chief Designer forms Matthew Humphries Design

Humphries will continue his relationship with Morgan in a partnership that will see the newly formed company help to develop future models for the independent British sports car manufacturer. The 28-year-old Coventry University graduate believes he can begin moving into the growing market for integrating automotive design elements into product design – such as furniture – and particularly British-themed products.
Scots Take Most Pride In Keeping Cars Clean
Tue, 25 Feb 2014A TELL-ALL survey of over 1,000 motorists across the country has revealed a North/South divide between the drivers of Great Britain when it comes to car hygiene. The poll conducted by IMO Car Wash Group discovered that people in the south of the country are the dirty rascals of Great Britain, with just 45 percent cleaning a car at least once a month. On the other hand, the Scottish shone through as the cleanest motorists, with 60 percent washing their car at least once a month.
