These three Borla/TWM throttle bodies were bought by me from TWM, for my 1971 Series II XKE. The photo of them installed is on the car. They work great. I had originally run 45 mm throttle bodies, but they were too big, leading to very poor throttle response. The 40 mm units worked well, giving me crisp throttle response, with NO reduction in power over the 45 mm units we built the motor with. They are for sale because I switched to a Mangoletsi Manifold system to get rid of the horrid Jaguar rod throttle system original to the car. These throttle bodies were on the car for about 500 miles, ie. about a year. They made 305 hp, and 345 lb/ft of torque , the same as the 45 mm units.

2009 Nissan GT-R upgrades confirmed
Tue, 09 Dec 2008We’ve been seeing quite a lot of guess work and speculation lately about 2009 changes to the supercar killer that is the Nissan GT-R. And all this before the UK even gets its first car. The most speculated upon change, and one that has been confirmed, is the deletion of launch control from the spec for all cars ordered from today.
Concept Car of the Week: Mazda Taiki (2007)
Fri, 10 Jan 2014Mazda had been doing fantastically well with its concepts since the end of 2006, and its offering for the 2007 Tokyo motor show didn't buck the trend. The fourth in the 'Nagare' series that explored the idea of 'Flow, it lined up on the Mazda stand with its older brothers for the first time, and was understandably a most impressive display and one of the highlights of this show. Here's what Nick Hull had to say about the Taiki at the time.
