Shipping Policy:  We normally ship by USPS or FedEx Ground / Home Delivery.  If you have a PO Box address we only ship by USPS.  Since eBay does not have a listing for FedEx at this time, so we will use the UPS Ground information for shipping charges.  Please include your phone number when ordering

Store Policies Payment Terms: All credit card purchases either called in or done online will have to clear before we will ship product. PayPal payments made with instant transfer with either PayPal funds or a credit card linked though PayPal will ship the same or next Business day. PayPal payments made with the PayPal E-Check feature will ship only once PayPal clears payment.

Return Policy Details: Item(s) must be returned within: 30 Days Refund will be given as: Money Back to funding source or if paid by check or cash, refund will be a Company Check mailed to customer after processing of refund takes place. ALL DVD’S AND MANUALS WILL BE EXCHANGE ONLY.  RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN RE-SELL ABLE CONDITION AND THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING MUST BE UNOPENED.  WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES TO OR FROM SELLER.  We have a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.
