All our products are 100% brand new unless otherwise stated in the product description section.

All sales are final, item sold "As is" no warranty is expressed or implied unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for any illegal issues that caused by the improper usage of our products. Please verify with the local or state traffic law enforcement before placing your order.

We reserve the right to file Non-Paying Bidder Alert if payment is not received within 7 days after auction ended.

Please inspect your product for manufacturer defect and shipping damage before installing, If you discover damage after you received and accepted the order, you can contact the shipping carrier and file a damage claim, then they will reimburse the value of the damaged product to you. (Insurance needed)

If product arrives with damage, you may refuse to take the package, product will be returned back to us at no charge, then we will send you a replacement package upon receipt.

You may return/exchange any unopened products in resalable condition, we do not pay for shipping. After we receive the package, if product is in resalable condition, full refund of the product's selling price will be issued.

All return and cancellation shipping and handling fees of all the orders are non-refundable.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days of date of purchase.

If we made a mistake by shipping the wrong item/quantity, we are responsible for return shipping, and sending you the correct item/quantity, or a full refund including shipping/handling. 

Items returned to us DUE TO Wrong item being ordered or unauthorized return will be subjected to 20% restocking fees. 

30 Days money back, please notify us within 30 days after you've received your purchased item. Buyers pay for return shipping fee. Items to be returned must be in resalable condition.

Buyer assumes all risk on installation and usage. No exchanges will be issued on products that have been damaged or used improperly (Modified).

Before any returns or exchanges, please contact our customer service representatives via eBay message, please include item number, eBay user ID, specific description of damage/problem and clear explanation of your reason.

Please note that our office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-17:30pm in China. We are Closed on Sat and Sun and major Holiday in China. Your questions will be replied promptly on the next business day.
