It needs to be sand blasted and painted. It also has a few rust pits that will need to be filled.

 This is a used hood brace taken off of the hood of a 1955 Pontiac Chieftain.  This will only fit the 1955 Pontiacs.  This one does have some rust pitting that will have to be filled if it is to be put onto a show car (see picture #3).  It will need to be sand blasted and painted.  It doesn't have any rust through and it is not bent.  Please contact me if you have any questions and thanks for looking.

Rain-soaked Woodward Avenue welcomed thousands of cruisers and car enthusiasts for the 16th annual Dream Cruise on a wet Saturday just north of Detroit. Though the weather didn't cooperate for much of the day with rain ranging from a mist to steady showers, it failed to dampen the spirits of car fans for all over. As usual, Mustangs, Corvettes and Challengers took center stage on the iconic strip, which plays host to the yearly summer celebration of chrome and fins.
