3M Scotchprint Wrap Film Series 1080 is a dual cast film specifically designed to provide dimensional stability and durability without the need for an over laminate. The pressure-activated adhesive allows you to slide and reposition the film until you apply firm pressure. The non-visible air release channels assure a fast, easy and virtually bubble-free installation. A 60-inch film width makes it possible to wrap almost any section of a vehicle without creating seams. This material can be used on the interior or exterior of your vehicle. It can cover any smooth surface. It will wrap dash parts, mirrors, trim, or the whole exterior of the vehicle.   • The film is coated with a UV protective layer which lasts up to 12 years outdoors.
  • Once applied and bonded to you surface you may clean it and polish it with any type of cleaning agent that is used for painted surfaces.
  • Rapid Air adhesive needs to be applied dry and can be re lifted, repositioned and stretched before going over with a squeegee.

The McLaren P1 GTR (pictured) will debut at Pebble Beach 2014 We learnt last month that McLaren had decided to produce a P1 for the track – a la the Ferrari FXX programme – and in the process revive the GTR moniker from the iconic McLaren F1 GTR to create the new McLaren P1 GTR. Now McLaren are previewing the debut of the P1 GTR at next month’s Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance with a  design sketch of the P1 GTR ahead of its real life reveal in California. Following in the giant steps of the F1 GTR – and those of the road-going P1 – will be no easy task, but what’s on offer certainly offers lots of promise.

The best picture yet of the new Jaguar XJ - due to be revealed in July Due to be shown officially in July, before a full presentation at Frankfurt in September, the new Jaguar XJ is designed to take the fight to BMW, Audi and Mercedes. And if how it looks is anything to go by Jaguar will have another big success on its hands, to go along with the XF. Although based on the existing XJ’s lightweight chassis (nothing wrong with that) but with a back end which is very much derived from the XF,  the car is totally re-skinned, and looks finally how a modern Jaguar luxury saloon should.

Ahead of the media launch of the Aston Martin Rapide S in Spain, Aston Martin has delivered a Rapide S video to pique interest. Now we have the arrival of the Aston Martin Rapide S as a replacement for the Rapide, which goes a similar route to the DB9 with a more a aggressive attitude and more power. Aston Martin revealed the Rapide S in January in an effort to inject some oomph in to Rapide sales – as a replacement for the Rapide and not as an ‘S’ model to sit above it – bestowing it with 550bhp instead of the Rapide’s 470bhp, chucking in a new grill and boot spoiler and a set of the Gen 4 tweaks like adaptive dampers.
