• All item returnable in new, unopened, unused condition freight prepaid. Please see eBay listing for length of return period. Return authorization is required. We will refund you full purchase price less shipping charges. Please consider that BEFORE making your purchase. We try to describe all items accurately and provide pictures. If you have questions please ask. Shipping charges can be expensive!
   
• Any item covered by an original manufacturer's warranty must be returned to the manufacturer. We do not service those warranties.

• Items covered by a Manufacturers warranty must be returned to to manufacturer.

• Most everything else we carry comes with a warranty. Some items we carry are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Any item covered by an original manufacturer's warranty must be returned to the manufacturer. We do not service warranties for these items. We accept warranty returns on defective items only. Freight damage does NOT constitute a defect and will NOT be grounds for a warranty return. Any defective items that do not carry a manufacturer's warranty may be returned within the specified warranty period. We will replace, refund or repair these items at our option. All freight on returned items is the responsibility of the buyer. In order to initiate a warranty return, the buyer must contact us before returning the defective item and obtain a return authorization (RMA) number. We can not accept returns without a return authorization number. If we do issue a refund, we refund the actual purchase price only.
   
• On some items we are not able to offer a warranty. These items are usually closeouts, discontinued items, items designed to wear with use or items that have been drastically discounted. On these items all sales final.
