“Pair of 5th Gen Camaro doors for a race car. Doors are lightened by removing guard beams and all double metal.Windows are Optic Armor lexan and open and close.Window switches are mounted in drivers door and operate without a body computer. The doors have beaded aluminum inner door panels. There are aluminum plates bolted to cover the mirror holes. I also have the mirrors if preferred.The doors are complete with inside and outside release handles, door latches and hinges. Each door is 40 lbs lighter than stock.They are Red Jewel 2010 color.”

 These are a very nice pair of factory 2010 Camaro doors painted in original Jewel Red. The doors have been lightened by 40 lbs. each. That means 80 lbs. off your race car with a couple of bolts. They have also been professionally fitted with a set of very nice beaded aluminum door panels. The windows are 1/8" Optic Armor Lexan, and are in excellent condition with no scratches. The factory motors still operate the windows from the driver's door without the need of the body computer. There is a ton of professional man hours into these doors and are ready to bolt on. We are looking to move these doors at a very reasonable price. We believe in helping out other racers not hurting them financially. Mercedes C 63 AMG Edition 507 at Geneva 2013 with more power & bigger spec

Mercedes has revealed a final version of the C63 AMG – the C 63 AMG Edition 507 – with more power and bigger specification  Debuts at Geneva 2013. Mercedes will have plenty to show visitors to Switzerland next month – including the new CLA – and they’ll also have this morning’s Mercedes news – the Mercedes C 63 AMG Edition 507. The C63 AMG Edition 507 - available as saloon, coupe or estate –  looks like a final hurrah for the current C Class AMG (the new C Class will arrive in 2014), and Mercedes has made a decent effort to make the Edition 507 more than just a jump in power.

Saab seeks court protection from creditors

Saab is filing for protection from creditors from a Swedish district court, the automaker's owner, Swedish Automobile, said Wednesday. Saab is seeking court approval for a voluntary reorganization to secure short-term stability while it waits for funding from Chinese investors Pang Da and Zhejiang Youngman, Swedish Automobile said in a statement. Victor Muller, CEO of both Saab and Swedish Automobile, said in a statement: "We have concluded that a voluntary reorganization process will provide us with the necessary time, protection and stabilization of the business, allowing salary payments to be made, short-term funding to be obtained and an orderly restart of production to be prepared." Muller remains optimistic about Saab's future.

Hyundai ix35 / Tucson ix launched

Hyundai has launched the ix35 / Tucson ix in Korea We reported a few days ago on the new Hyundai Tucson – the Hyundai ix35 in Europe – but we won’t get the release in Europe until Frankfurt, although there will be more dribbles of info before then. Still, interesting to look at the ix35 launch in its home market, where it will be known as the Hyundai Tucson ix. This is yet another car from Hyundai that will create a few waves of consternation amongst established names like Ford and VW.
