SHIPPING TERMS

• We're offering  FREE standard shipping (2-6 business days) for purchases with a valid street address throughout the Lower 48 States within the United States.
• Purchases shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Palau and Virgin Islands, a PO Box, APO/FPO Address, or any other address outside the Lower 48 States. Please calculate the shipping cost using USPS Priority Mail as the Shipping option in the shipping calculator.
  
  

PAYMENT TERMS

• We accept PayPal as a payment method.
• At checkout, make sure your shipping address is correct as we will be shipping your order to the shipping address listed on the PayPal payment page.
• US customers have the additional option of paying over the phone using MasterCard or Visa. You can call us at 800-686-3257 and one of our reps will happily assist you.
• When paying by phone, please make sure your shipping address matches the billing address on file with your credit card company, as we will be using that address for shipping your order. 

RETURNS

• Our Return Policy includes 30 days of money back or an option for exchanging the purchase. If your order arrives with a damage or defect, you may return it to us and we will exchange it free of charge, or refund your payment.
• During the 30-day period you can return your purchase for any reason and get a full refund. Please be sure to return your order in its original condition. If a return is sent for an error on the buyers and we gave you free shipping with your purchase the actual UPS/Freight charges may be deducted from your refund.
• Should you encounter any difficulties or problems beyond the 30 Days, please email us to assist you further.

INTERNATIONAL POLICIES

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the price or shipping charges. These fees will be collected either by the delivering freight (shipping) company or upon getting the item. 
• Please check with your country's customs office prior to buying to determine the amounts these charges will incur, as they are the responsibility of the buyer and not additional shipping charges.
  Please allow extra time for items to be delivered, as they may be delayed in Customs.
• Marking items as "gifts" is against US and International regulations.
• Canada Buyers: If you select UPS Standard as your carrier, please take into account the UPS Brokerage charges in addition to the duties and taxes that apply upon delivery.

• We'll happily address all your questions and concerns prior to ordering. Once ordering is complete, eBay policy expects payment to be submitted within 2 days. 
• If you pay using PayPal, please make sure your PayPal shipping address is accurate prior to submitting your payment, as we will be using that address for shipping your order.
• New York residents should please add the required 8.375% sales tax.
• We should have all advertised merchandise in stock. In the unlikely event of an item not being available for whatever unforeseen reason, we will contact you offering a substitute of equal or greater value for the same price. If no such replacement is available, we will fully refund your payment.
