This auction is for an NOS gas tank door guard for'61 Buick.  We had previously listed it as being for '53 - '56 Buick, as that was what we believed it was for; however, thanks to a nice ebayer who knows his Buicks, we now know that it fits '61 Buick Electra, Electra 225, Invicta, & LeSabre (except wagons).  Group #8.210; Part #980209.  Please look closely at the pictures & check your application carefully!  This is a nice stainless item that could use some polishing because of its age.  Original box!

Buyer pays shipping & handling via Priority Mail of $10.95 within the continental USA.  Payment is due within 3 days of close of auction.  For the benefit of International buyers, email & we will work with you on shipping, but must resolve details before close of auction; so please do not bid until we are in agreement.  We welcome your interest, & have successfully shipped items to several different countries.

Destiny says:  "Please see our other auctions.  Thanks for looking, & good luck bidding!"

BID TO SLOW TRAFFIC ON M3 STRETCH

Fri, 14 Feb 2014

FIRST it was a stretch of the M1 and now the same speed reduction plan has been announced for a stretch of the M3 motorway in Surrey and Hampshire. The Highways Agency (HA) has proposed that a three-mile section of the M3 between junction 3 at Lightwater in Surrey and junction 4 near Farnborough in Hampshire be subject to a 60mph restriction. This section is part of a 13.4-mile stretch that is being upgraded in a £174 million scheme, with the 60mph proposal, to operate between 7am and 7pm daily so air quality levels can be met.
