Up for auction is a nice 2-door Hardtop & convertible Pass. side wing window assembly removed from a 1964 Falcon Futura with the factory Carlite glass in it. A very good useable part with some very light pitting where the piece meets the windshield frame and can't be seen when closed. Not seen when closed. The parts are original, so there are some flaws, please realize this is the case with 48 year old parts. Please look at the pictures carefully before bidding to make sure they will meet your needs. Please ask any questions before auction ends. Feel free to ask questions and I will answer as soon as I can.  I am parting out my Futura that I had plans of working on, but after a detailed look the car is rusted to badly from the firewall back.

S/H is $19.95 in the U.S.A.  Winning bidder to respond to winning email within 3 days of auction ending and all parts to be paid within 7 days of auction ending.  I also do International shipping.

Renault Laguna Coupe (2008): first pictures

Sat, 24 May 2008

By Ben Pulman First Official Pictures 24 May 2008 21:00 How do you add a dash of pizzazz to the underwhelming looks of the Laguna saloon? Renault’s answer - in the shape of the new Laguna Coupe - seems like a good one: lop off two doors, drop in a 3.5-litre V6 from the Nissan 350Z and garnish with your own four-wheel steer system. Make the car shorter and wider than the saloon and then get your imposing Lebanese CEO to drive it around the Cannes Film Festival.

So far it has been launched in the Far East and Australia, and now we’re getting it in the UK from the summer. But oddly, it’s not going to arrive in the US until next year.

ICEM Style creative design software launched

Mon, 26 Apr 2004

ICEM Ltd, known for its ICEM Surf Class A surface development software, has launched ICEM Style, a new software product developed specifically for use by creative designers in the transportation design and industrial design industry. The launch presentation highlighted the integrated workflow from concept development in ICEM Style, through to refinement in ICEM Surf, enabling designers and engineers to share the same model data throughout the design process. According to ICEM, it is now possible, for the first time in a concept design tool, to design in a photo-realistic modelling environment, without using third-party visualisation products, or to wait for a static rendering to be generated.
