This auction is for an NOS AC Delco water pump for '65 - '70 Olds.  It comes with its original box & packaging, & includes instructions, clamp, cap, & gasket.  Please look closely at the pictures & check your application carefully!

We have found the following information about this water pump:  it has a steel impeller; the height to the fan-mounting flange is 5 1/16"; our information says that it is for 425 Olds with A/C & should fit all Olds '65 - '67.  AC Delco part number AW 926 252-711; GM part number 12494312. This water pump has 2 "pipes", but they are only about 1 1/8" long. We've seen other styles that have longer tubes, so please check your application carefully. This was designed to fit several models, & no - we don't know what all the parts are for (i.e., the clamp, etc. - sorry). Please look carefully at the pictures; that is the best thing we can suggest.

NO RESERVE!

NOTE:  For more '65 & '66 Olds parts & publications, please see our other auctions listed under the user names Lairdwolfen as well as Wolfcarsandparts.  We sold our '65 Starfire & have about 200 new & NOS items that we had accumulated & no longer need.  If you have specific needs, please let us know.  If you purchase multiple items, we will combine shipping when practical.

Buyer pays shipping & handling via Parcel Post of $42.00 or via Priority Mail of $52.00 within the continental USA.  Payment is due within 3 days of close of auction.  For the benefit of International buyers, email & we will work with you on shipping, but must resolve details before close of auction; so please do not bid until we are in agreement.  We welcome your interest, & have successfully shipped items to several different countries.

NOTE:  If shipping costs seem high it is due to the fact that the Post Office just recently raised their prices substantially.  We are sorry about this; but it is not our fault.  We cannot absorb the cost of shipping, so we are having to raise our usual shipping costs to cover the USPS cost.  Our apologies to our buyers, but we cannot help this.  Please direct any complaints about shipping costs to the US Postal Service.  If you are seriously considering purchasing an item from us & would like to see if we can improve a bit on the quoted shipping price, please email us with your zip code; & we will see what we can do.

Destiny says:  "Please see our other auctions.  Thanks for looking, & good luck bidding!"

Nissan recall due to faulty airbag sensors

Fri, 15 Mar 2013

Nissan is recalling the Altima, Leaf, Pathfinder, Sentra and Infiniti JX35 vehicles from model year 2013 due to a problem with passenger airbag sensors. According to NHTSA, there's a chance the sensors within the passenger Occupant Detection System (ODS) were manufactured out of specification, which could keep the passenger airbags from deploying in a crash. Nissan will notify owners in April, and dealers will inspect affected vehicles, replacing faulty sensors at no charge to the customer.

Top Gear filming in China for new series

Mon, 05 Dec 2011

Clarkson & May filming for Top Gear in China Escaping from the furore over his One Show comments, Jeremy Clarkson is in China with James May filming for Top Gear. After all the grief over his One Show comments (which, although a bit OTT, were actually not his views but an attempt to humorously demonstrate the BBC’s obsession with ‘balance’), Jeremy Clarkson has decamped to China – together with James May – to film for an episode of the new series of Top Gear. It looks like the piece they’re filming revolves around Chinese car clones, with the Shuanghuan Noble (Smart), Shuanghuan CEO (X5) and the Chinese version of MINI – the Lifan 320.
