is a nice quality set of 2 Mopar NOS Reproduction door lock cylinder
retainer clips that securely holds the door lock to the door. These are
in most 65-90 Chrysler, Dodge, and Plymouth cars so please check your
application and match yours to the pictures in the listing. These were
also used to hold the trunk lock in the trunk in various years of Chrysler makes, and models but not all. Some models take a special clip for the
trunk lock so be sure to match your original ones to the ones listed.
These exhibit the same thickness of spring steel with the correct bends
and contours as the originals that Chrysler used. You will get exactly what is
pictured. If your looking for a set of three of these please see my other listings as I have sets of three for sale as well. The old ones are usually sprung from age and will allow the
lock to move in the door which is why it is a must to replace these in a
correct restoration. These clips are new and will replace your missing, broken, or bent ones on your car. I

Bob Lutz reportedly to stay on at General Motors
Thu, 09 Jul 2009Bob Lutz, General Motors vice chairman and internationally renowned product guru, has reversed his retirement plans and is expected to stay with the remade car company as it charts a new path out of bankruptcy. Multiple media outlets are reporting Lutz, 77, has changed course and will not retire from GM at the end of the year as he had planned. Automotive News, citing anonymous sources, says the veteran industry leader will stay on at the company, possibly in a marketing or communications role--and could have product input.
