Crower Coolface Solid Lifters is a must for high RPM, high rocker ratio, and spring pressures. They feature a small diameter oil metering port (.024") that is precision machined in the face of the lifter. No significant oil pressure is lost, but cam and lifter longevity is significantly improved.

E-Type Jag is the nation’s favourite sports car

Wed, 06 Jul 2011

E-Type Jaguar - the Nation's Favourite Sports Car You may remember we reported a few weeks back that the organisers of the Silverstone Classic were running a poll to find out the nation’s favourite sports car of all time. But there were a few goodies from which to choose, and a few that should never have made the list in the first place.

McLaren P1 driven by Top Gear’s Jeremy Clarkson (video)

Fri, 11 Oct 2013

McLaren P1 driven by Top Gear’s Jeremy Clarkson (pictured) It’s only a few days since McLaren revealed the first customer P1s are now rolling out of McLaren’s clinical production facility in Woking, and it looks like Jeremy Clarkson has bagged one to play with. The video (below) shows Clarkson behind the wheel of the new P1 which, judging by the number plate, is probably one of the first customer cars on the road. The opinionated one is preceded in the video by a pair of Range Rovers – one new, one old – at least one of which is a camera car, so this drive of the Mclaren P1 is obviously heading for a TV screen soon – hopefully on Top Gear.

Aston Martin reveals the production version of the V12 Zagato

Thu, 25 Aug 2011

The Aston Martin V12 Zagato Production Car We’ve had lots of Aston Martin V12 Zagato goodness over the last few months, from the first showing at Villa d’Este all the way up to the revealation (as if there was any doubt) that the V12 Zagato would go in to limited production. But so far all we’ve really has is the track version of the Zagato. Even at the V12 Zagato’s reveal at Villa d’Este it was still the track version – just without its great big back wing.
