I believe this to be a 6-71 blower not positive? Please ask questions before purchase because I will not accept any returns. I'm not a car guy so I know nothing about this, it spins through really easy seems to be in operational condition it has been painted green or still original color it's made of aluminum. Congestion in London accounts for £2 billion of the overall annual cost, the report by traffic information company Inrix and the Centre for Economics and Business Research (Cebr) showed. The report was compiled by studying congestion in the UK's 18 largest urban areas.
