Up for auction is a PAIR of WHITE / OYSTER FRONT BUCKET SEATS from a 1969 GTO. They are also correct for Lemans, 69-72 Cutlass, 70-72 Chevelle, etc. I am sure they are correct for other vehicles and years but that is for you to research. They come with the back and side plastics, along with passengers side seat tracks still attached. Driver side tracks are gone. The headrest on these are in good shape. These are being sold as-is for cores but what you do with them is up to you. These are the original factory white and are pretty dirty, may clean up. I recommend getting them recovered. . Ford sales show move away from diesel
Mon, 11 Aug 2014NEW CAR buyers are moving back towards petrol engines after years of diesel domination, if Ford’s latest sales figures are any guide. The company has revealed that its multi-award-winning 1.0-litre Ecoboost turbocharged petrol engine now powers one in every five cars sold in Europe, totalling 120,000 vehicles from January to the end of June. That figure is an increase from 104,000 1.0-litre Ecoboost-powered cars sold in the same period in 2013.

Thu, 15 May 2014The Hyundai ix35 FCEV (pictured) will get graphics from the LCF to promote FCEVs Even though car makers have been playing with the possibility of cars powered by hydrogen for years, it’s only now that an real-world FCEVs are starting to hit the road. Car makers certainly seemed to have made the hydrogen fuel cell a practical proposition for powering cars (although cost is still an obstacle), but that’s just the start of making FCEVs a viable option. Huge amounts of work need to be done to create a hydrogen refuelling network but, perhaps more importantly, car buyers need to understand that FCEVs are viable and that they exist at all.
Porsche details plan for new headquarters, test track next to Atlanta airport
Thu, 12 May 2011Porsche Cars North America will spend between $80 million and $100 million to build a new headquarters and test-track complex next to Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson airport, the automaker said on Thursday. The site in Hapevlle, Ga., is where the Ford Motor Co. assembly plant that built the Ford Taurus and the Mercury Sable used to stand.
