Here is a very nice rebuilt Quadrajet carburetor. Carb was thoroughly cleaned all parts, new idle tubes installed, new float, accelerator pump, needle and seat, gaskets, inlet nut. Bronze bushings installed for primary throttle shaft. Inlet threads have been repaired with proper helicoil.  Also includes new throttle bracket. All parts used are compatable with todays fuel. This carb has decent finish and color and no corrosion or breaks. Carb is 7029268 which is for 69 GTO auto. I tested this on my 67 GTO 4 speed and carb works nicely.

Ford B-Max (2012) goes into the great wide open

Thu, 08 Mar 2012

Ford hopes a less-is-more approach will lure punters to its new B-max MPV, unique in the supermini segment for having a big hole in the central cockpit instead of a structural pillar. The result is a flexible people mover that's a doddle to load with kids or cargo, Ford claims, thanks to its pillarless opening and sliding rear door. The novel doors landed the £12,500 people mover in the same must-see company as Bentley's grotesque SUV concept and Ferrari's beautiful F12.

And the company's vice president of marketing isn't slowing down anytime soon: In a wide-ranging interview with Advertising Age, an affiliate of AutoWeek, Ewanick let drop that the automaker will return to the Super Bowl in 2011; that an ad campaign will break next month for the Chevy Camaro; and that there's a new tagline coming for Cadillac, "The new standard for the world." "We have so many projects in the works right now," he said.
