2015 Ford Expedition: First look
Wed, 19 Feb 2014Meet the 2015 Ford Expedition, unveiled today at the Dallas auto show. Besides the freshened look, the big news is that Ford's full-size SUV now comes only with the F Series' 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 engine like its recently announced Lincoln Navigator sibling. At about 370 hp and 430 lb-ft of torque, the twin-turbo V6 delivers more power than Ford's ancient 5.4-liter V8 (310 hp, 365 lb ft).
Toyota adds i-Road to urban mobility trials
Tue, 01 Oct 2013TOYOTA has added its futuristic i-Road concept to its “Ha:mo” urban transport trials. It is the latest vehicle to be added to the rapidly expanding scheme, which is being held at the so-called Toyota City; Toyota’s huge presence in Japan’s Aichi Prefecture. The Ha:mo (Harmonious Mobility network) trials are an attempt to develop a sophisticated, integrated transport system for cities, making use of electric vehicles wherever possible but with the key emphasis on encouraging travellers to use the ‘most appropriate’ means of transport at all times.
Audi Q3 RS confirmed – but it won’t be badged RS
Wed, 26 Oct 2011Audi Q3 RS confirmed - with 300bhp but no RS badge Back in June we reported that Audi are working on a quick Q3 with something around 300bhp. We didn’t think it would get to market as the Q3 RS (Audi will want to protect the RS badge) but it would almost certainly arrive. Which seems to have been confirmed.
