Stored since 1986, stripped out an SS Chevelle. Have a mint inner and outer air conditioning box, with relay, vents and some duct work. Plus original dash controls in great shape. Im throwing in a condenser from the same car, with brackets. These were indoors in a dry attic for over 27 years. These parts came from a dry Colorado car and look restored, but they are all original. One in five suffers 'car envy'
Tue, 21 Jan 2014DRIVERS in the UK are more likely to give way to classic or unusual cars such as a Citroen 2CV or Volkswagen Beetle, but one in five also admits they are less likely to be courteous to large 4x4s due to car envy, according to a survey. Nearly a half (47%) of UK motorists say they leave more space between their car and the one in front if the car ahead is driven by an elderly driver. Others (5%) admit to trying to slow down boy racers if they see the driver is wearing a baseball cap and is a young male.

It’s sort of what you expect from a Concept – the drama goes when production dawns – but the production Orlando is a bit visually underwhelming. But despite the less than eye-catching exterior the Orlando has done well to pack seven seats in to the underpinnings of the Cruze/Volt, with the rear rows of seats able to move and fold to give decent flexibility.
Porsche chief Wendelin Wiedeking resigns
Thu, 23 Jul 2009Porsche chairman Wendelin Wiedeking has bowed to mounting pressure in announcing that he will step down immediately. The resignation came Thursday, following a surprise meeting of the company's supervisory board at its Weissach R&D headquarters outside of Stuttgart, Germany, on Wednesday night. Wiedeking's announcement comes after months of tense and public infighting following Porsche's failed attempt to wrest control of Volkswagen, which left it with $12.7 billion in debt, and slowing sales in key markets such as North America.
