70-73 Porsche 911 Red Bosch High-Tone Banjo Horn - For Parts or Restoration

Here's a single Bosch low-tone (long) banjo horn that isn't functioning. The is the plastic bell and banjo part only and there is some damage a the very top of the bell. Not a perfect part but if you're restoring a set of these horns then you know that finding any parts at all is nearly impossible. My Porsche parts literature shows Bosch banjo horns as correct for 1970-73 cars but I've also seen them on 1969 cars so they may fit other years as well. I've included multiple high-resolution photos showing the exact condition of this item.

For U.S. customers, I will ship this item for $7.

For international customers, the shipping and customs quote for this item is based on the eBay Global Shipping Program. Depending on the country in which you reside, there may be less expensive shipping options available. If you wish to explore other shipping options, you must contact me for a shipping quote before making your purchase. If you make your purchase (by using Buy It Now) before contacting me, I will be unable to offer you alternative shipping methods.

I’m not a dealer and I don’t do this to make a living. I’m a collector who owns more than a dozen vintage Porsches and the parts I have for sale on eBay are all parts that, at one time or another, were purchased for one of my cars or were actually on one of my cars. I own some of the finest Porsches in the world. I don’t own junk and I don’t sell junk. Thanks for looking.

New Mercedes S 65 AMG revealed as S-Class range-topper

Fri, 08 Nov 2013

The 2014 Mercedes S 65 AMG (pictured) revealed ahead of LA & Tokyo debuts We’re assuming that the new 2014 Mercedes S 65 AMG will remain the new range-topper for the S-Class, but with Pullman versions of the S-Class still to come – perhaps with the Maybach badge – that’s not a certainty. But for now, the newly-revealed S65 AMG is indeed the top of the range in the new S-Class and will get its public debut at both the Los Angles and Tokyo Motor Shows later this month. We’ve actually already seen a photo of the new S65 AMG back in September when Mercedes were busy filming a promo, but now we get the full details ahead of debut.

Citroen Survolt – Electric Sports Concept at Geneva

Tue, 02 Mar 2010

The Citroen Survolt Concept gets an airing at Geneva Citroen has a long, long history. In fact, it’s ninety years old (we did a ‘Citroen at 90′ story a few months ag0 with an interesting history video) and it’s always been a one-off. It’s cars – and it’s designs – have run the gamut from sublime to ridiculous and all points in between.
