Wed, 25 Jan 20122015 Land Rover Defender - made in India It’s reported that the 2015 Land Rover Defender will, as Cars UK predicted, be built in India with CKDs coming back to the UK. Land Rover has been busy previewing the 2015 Defender at the last few motor shows, both as a replacement for the current Defender and as a lifestyle Defender in the guise of the DC 100 Sport. And now we hear, when the 2015 Land Rover Defender arrives, it will be built in India.

Wed, 04 Sep 2013Celebrating 30 years of the Sport Quattro, Audi has revealed its spiritual successor ahead of its debut at next week's Frankfurt motor show. The broad concept – which measures in at 4,602mm long, 1,964mm wide, 1,386mm high sitting on a wheelbase of 2,784mm – features a number of the same design cues we saw on the 2010 quattro concept, the 1983 Sport quattro and the original Ur-quattro. These include the angular, flat C-pillars and the rectangular headlamps and rear lamps.

Fri, 20 Jun 2014A new Jaguar Special Operation car is heading for Goodwood (Jaguar Project 7 pictured) It’s not just the new high performance Range Rover Sport from JLR’s Special Operations division that’s arriving at the Goodwood Festival of Speed next week, we’re also getting a new Special Operations car from Jaguar. It’s exactly a year since the Jaguar Project 7 F-Type (pictured above) was revealed at Goodwood as a precursor to the sort of cars JLR has in mind for its new Special Operation division, and now we’re getting the first fruits of the new division for Jaguar at Goodwood this year, although Jaguar aren’t yet letting on what it will be. Could it be a short-run, high-price production version of the Project 7 car, or will it be something else?
