BIDDING ON A NICE 70's CHEVY 4-SPOKE STEERING WHEEL COMPLETE WITH HORN CAP AND HORN CONTACT ASSEMBLY.
IT MEASURE 14-1/2 - INCHES ACROSS.
THIS STEERING WHEEL IS IN GOOD USED CONDITION
THE WHEEL CLEAN AND IS NOT STICKY LIKE MOST ...AND IT WAS NEVER PAINTED ...ITS AN ORIGINAL BLACK STEERING WHEEL FROM THE FACTORY.
THE SPOKES ARE VERY NICE ON BOTH SIDES ...AS IS THE HORN CAP BUT THE CENTER EMBLEM HAS SOME STRESS CRACKS. (see pics) ....THE HORN CAP HAS ALL THE MOUNTING TABS ON THE BACK SIDE.
NOTE: I believe this style was optional on early 70s Chevys such as Chevelle, El Camino, Nova, Camaro etc, but will fit most Chevy cars and trucks from approx. 1967-1987 (please confirm fitment before bidding)

Tue, 12 Jun 2012Apple has announced that the leading carmakers have signed up for the addition of an ‘Eyes Free' button that will activate Siri for in-car Apple products. Siri – the innovative voice activation system developed for the 4S, Apple's latest iPhone – can be activated by pressing a steering wheel mounted button and allows the driver to access the same information available when not driving. Apple reported at its 2012 Worldwide Developer's Conference that Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Toyota, Land Rover, Jaguar, Chrysler and Honda have all signed up to offer Eyes Free within the next 12 months.
