For sale is the kick start spindle, gearing and associated springs and other hardware from a 1973 Honda CB500K2.  This will fit the following models:

  • CB500  A, K1 and K2
  • CB550  74 thru 78 K / 75 thru 77 F (Supersport)

This kick start spindle and gearing are in very good condition.  There is no abnormal wear.  The splines on the end of the spindle are all good.  The motor number from this bike is CB500E-2018779.  Please feel free to email at any time if you have questions concerning this item.  I gladly ship worldwide. But now Gordon Murray is on the same mission: to persuade us that his titchy T27 city car is as safe as houses too. Gordon Murray Design has just issued its first crash test results, showing a T27 electric car after a crash test at the UK's MIRA industry research lab.  The crash test in question was the European-standard 40% offset deformable barrier front high-speed impact.
