For sale is the starter from a 1973 Honda CB500K2.  This will fit the following models:

This starter is in good working condition.  It spins the motor with a normal sound and feel.  The end gear is good with no abnormal wear.  I opened the back to inspect the brushes and they are excellent with very little wear.  The number on the back is SM-227 12V 0.6KW.  The ground wire is good with no broken strands.  The dust boot shows some wear....but is still intact.  The frame number of this bike is CB500-2013979 and the motor number is CB500E-2013983.  Please feel free to email at any time if you have questions concerning this item.  I gladly ship worldwide.
