ORIGINAL STANDARD BLACK SEAT BELT BUCKLE  

This listing is for the one seat belt buckle pictured. The buckle is used and could use some detailing but is in good condition.  These are referred to as the exploding seat belts and were the standard buckles for 72 1/2, 73, 74 model cars. Please look at the photos closely, this is the belt you will receive.  The belt is originally black and has not been painted or dyed. The belt could use some detailing and does show some wear but overall is in good condition.  The belt is 17" in length overall. The date code on this reads 2 A 73. These are hard to find in this condition and reproductions are very different from originals.

Lamborghini teased a new ‘Super Sports Car’ for Frankfurt last week, and we mulled over the possibilities of what Lamborghini were going to reveal. But what we didn’t consider was a last-hurrah for the Gallardo in the form of the Lamborghini Gallardo Super Trofeo. We speculated that Lamborghini may be taking a production version of the Sesto Elemento to Frankfurt.

Suzuki are seeking to get their shares back from VW The partnership between Volkswagen and Suzuki promised so much. VW wanted an easy way in to the car market in India – where Suzuki is very strong – and in return Suzuki wanted access to the sort of technology – hybrid and EV – it couldn’t really afford to develop independently. And all looked rosy when VW took a near 20 per cent stake in Suzuki in 2009 But things started to go a bit awry when VW insensitively referred to Suzuki as an ‘associate’, where it could pull all the right strings, in its annual report.
