72 Corvette Ignition Shielding Parts Package on 2040-parts.com
Chappell Hill, Texas, United States
This is a package of chrome parts that were removed from a 72 Corvette in order to build a custom show Corvette. They were installed on the 350 cu. in. ignition system to shield the distributor, spark plug wiring, etc. I believe that all of the parts are including with maybe a few extra. These parts would cost close to $400 as reproduction. As you can see from the photo, they are in very good condition.

Thu, 17 Feb 2011Bertone's take on a new Baby Jaguar - the Jaguar Bertone B99 Concept Earlier today there were teasers of a new Baby Jag designed and built by Bertone. But it was one of those daft ‘It’s all dark but it’s all there’ images. We did think we might run it later if we had time.
UK car sales reach six-year high
Tue, 07 Jan 2014Ford New car sales have reached their highest level since 2007, says the Society for Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT). Figures for 2013 show an increase in registrations of 10.8% compared with the previous year, to 2,264,737 - most of which was driven by growth in the private car market. Ford dominated the best-seller list, with the Fiesta and Focus winning 200,000 sales between them The UK market’s performance easily outstripped that of the European Union as a whole, with an increase of 9.9% for the 11 months to November compared with a drop of 2.7% for the EU region.
Jaguar Land Rover SVO Pebble Beach debuts – Range Rover Sport SVR, Jaguar F-Type Project 7 & ‘new’ Lightweight E-Type
Mon, 04 Aug 2014Jaguar Land Rover SVO Pebble Beach debuts include the Jaguar F-Type Project 7 Jaguar Land Rover’s new Special Operations Division may only just have come in to being, but that’s not stopping them delivering three cars for their North American debut at the Pebble Beach Event later this month. First of the SVO cars on show will be the new Range Rover Sport SVR, Land Rover’s most extreme performance car to date, which has just run the Nurburgring in a record time for an SUV (although we’re not sure many buyers will really care) and which should find a ready market in the US. Second of the SVO cars is the new Jaguar F-Type Project 7, which with its open-topped default mode will doubtless have American buyers from the sunny states opening their cheque books on sight.
