This auction is for the very sought after and quite rare OEM Charcoal colored headliner trim set for 73-87 GM trucks. This is a decent set with some small imperfections. This is also 100% complete including the cargo light switch and wiring harness for it, the coat hook and the dashboard end caps. ;These charcoal sets are getting extremely tough to come by and even more so in decent condition. This is not perfect but its nice. One small piece broken on the bottom of one of the big wide pillars that takes the coat hook. Nothing else is broken and it's all there. Toyota says quake-hit plants escape major structural damage
Tue, 15 Mar 2011Toyota Motor Corp. has released the first damage report for its northern Japanese factories in the region hammered by Friday's massive earthquake, saying some equipment and fixtures will need repairs but that the plants sustained no major structural harm. For days after the quake, Toyota had trouble contacting it plants in the northern Japan quake zone, making it difficult to assess their status.
Jaguar XK leaves the lineup
Fri, 18 Apr 2014Production of the Jaguar XK stretched from 1996 with the XK8 and will wrap up as the final 50 limited edition XK models roll off the assembly line this summer. The farewell XKs will be branded as "Final Fifty Limited Edition" cars, and will carry the same specification as the current XKR model, along with some added features that celebrate the history of Jaguar and the evolution of the brand's grand touring coupes and convertibles. Under the hood, a supercharged 510-hp 5.0-liter V8 is capable of bringing the XK to 60 mph in 4.6 seconds according to Jag, and an active exhaust system helps ensure the engine note remains prominent.
