Standard 5" x 7" glass assembly that uses the H4 type bulb.  Includes the rubber boot as shown.

Payment is required within 5 days of close of auction.  

 

Shipping and handling is to anywhere in the continental US.  I generally ship within a day or two of receiving payment.  Insurance is included in the shipping cost.  

 

If your item is damaged in shipment, please save everything including the packaging.  If you have a digital camera and can take pictures please do so.  This can be particularly important before opening the package if the damage is visible from outside and the package has been mis-handled by the carrier.  Unfortunately I have had some experience with freight claims.  But I've always been successful because I follow the claim rules so please work with me on this.
