Payment

1. We accept payment via PayPal . 2. The eBay members must fulfill the requirement. (PayPal verified and confirmed address; the account holder must be the receiver). 3. All payments must be received within 3 days after buying. Non-paying buyer will receive un-paid case from Ebay. 4. Our price does not include Duties, Value Added Taxes, Customs Clearance Fees and other charges.These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before bidding/buying. 5. Buyer needs to pay for the above fees in case that occurred for certain goods. If the parcel returns back to us due to the buyer refuse to pay those fees, we would not send the parcel again unless the buyer completes those fees and pay all the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund due to this reason.

Shipping

1. We ship worldwide after we received your cleared payment. 2. We check all items before sending out. All products are brand new, never been used or refurbished. 3. Shipping way - DHL, EMS, TNT, USPS(USA only) or other expedited couriers with tracking number. 1) Normally DHL take 5-15 days, EMS takes 7-25 days and USPS takes 7-20 days to deliver. If there is any delay,it may be caused by bad weather or custom inspection. If you don't receive the item within 30 DAYS, please contact us. 2) We will choose the most economic way from the above. Please note that we ship to Russia and Ukraine via EMS only and ship to South America via EMS mostly. For some countries (Russia, Ukraine, Brazil,etc), it takes a long time for customs clearance. We are unable to take any responsibility for any customs delay. 3). If any courier among the above is too much far away from you, please contact us after or before purchase so that we can choose the most convenient, fastest and cheapest way to ship your order. 4. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. We only accept PayPal verified and confirmed address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable. If you need to change your address, please change it in PayPal first before you pay. 1) If your addrss is APO/FPO, please check with us to find out if shipping is available because not all items can be shipped to AP0/FPO. 2) DHL do not ship to P.O. Warranty

1. If item is defective and not working on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the defective for repair or refund. Refund will only be provided for products damaged in the post or which is defective. Item may be returned within 14 days of purchase upon your receipt. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials. 2. All our products have one year warranty. We offer free repairing service within one year from the date of purchased. If damaged is caused by undue wear and tear, dirt, misused, improper installation/operation, accident or repaired by unauthorized person, the warranty becomes void. 3. All returns must have prior authorization. Please note we will not accept any returns that have not been authorized by us. Please contact us before you return the item. 4. Buyer is responsible for the return postage. If you ask for a refund during valid period, we will offer you a refund without postage charges. Shipping and handling charges, insurance are not refundable in any case. We are only responsible for once re-sending expense for replacement due to defects.
