For sale is pair of rear ashtrays from a full size 84 Ford Bronco with the XLT package. I think the ashtrays will fit the 80 thru 86 full size Broncos with plastic panels in the back. The ashtrays may fit other years and models but I am not sure so please look at the pictures. The ashtrays are used so they are dirty and rusty. The ashtrays open good but they could use some lube. The ashtrays are not rusted out but they do have some heavy surface rust in places. The chrome is covered with light pitting and scratches. The tan is faded and silver is coming through. The ashtrays will need to be cleaned up and painted to look nice but they are still in solid condition. You are bidding on exactly what you see in the pictures so please look at the pictures close and feel free to ask questions. The two ashtrays are being sold together and will be shipped in one box. Buyers outside of the US please contact me for a shipping price. Thank You.

CAR's been saying for some years that the new MQB architecture underpinning the new VW Golf, and indeed the rest of the VW Group's mid-sized cars from Seats to Skodas, would be cheaper to produce.

US Government urged to promote diesel cars, NOT electric & hybrid

Wed, 28 Dec 2011

Diesel cars best option says former US Transport Secretary Former American Transport Secretary Norman Mineta is urging the US Government to promote high efficiency diesels instead of electric and hybrid cars. Just like the UK government, the US government seems obsessed with promoting electric and hybrid cars as the way of the future, something anyone who really knows cars will tell you is a nonsensical approach. Hybrid and electric cars are too costly to produce and have little appeal for the car buying public.
