We take every measure to ensure that our descriptions are accurate and detailed. Our items are in stock in New and Used condition and are tested prior to shipment.  If anything in our ads are unclear or you would like more information on the product please message us and we will respond as soon as possible.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm CST.

Payment Information:

We only accept PayPal as form of payment.

If local pick-up you may prepay via PayPal or Cash only.

Shipping:

Shipping is Monday through Friday. Items are shipped no later than 1 day after receiving cleared payment. Payments received after 2:00pm it will not ship until the following

business day. Items purchased on Saturday or Sunday item will ship on Monday.

All international packages and packages going to Puerto Rico require a phone number to ship.

Shipping Damages:

If a product is damaged we need notification within in 24hrs of receipt to make the necessary claim to the shipping company.

Inform your delivery person of any physical damages and have them notate them prior to signing for the packages.

· Please take pictures of the Damages PRIOR to opening.

· DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY OF THE PACKAGING.

· Take pictures of any physical damages to the product.

Returns:

All items are shipped in working order and guaranteed against D.O.A.

If for any reason your item is defective please contact us within 24hrs to resolve the issue we will do our best to make it right.

WE DO NOT RETURN ANY ELECTRICAL PARTS.
*If a refund is approved, credit will only be issued when the unit has been returned in the

condition that it left our warehouse

(including all parts and manuals included in the item description).
